Ephraim Munson deeds, 1736, 1742.

Original and handwritten copies of two deeds involving Ephraim Munson, a farmer of Wallingford and Branford, Connecticut. In 1736, Munson, who was living in Wallingford, Connecticut, purchased of John Swain a part of the sixth division of land in Branford amounting to about five acres. The 1747 deed documents the sale land in Bedford, Massachusetts, by Normand Morrison of Hartford to Nathaniel Byington of Guilford and Ephraim Munson of Branford.
